Who are Workgroup, and why the devil should I work with you?

Workgroup makes events for mega senior company execs in the UK. So think Chief Legal Officers, CFOs, head marketers, or Heads of HR.

We hate the old way of doing events - endless one-way presentations and sales pitches - so we've done away with all that (more on this in our interview).

For now, we're a super small remote team (just 4 of us) but we already organise the most attended event for General Counsel (big lawyer-y people) in the UK, and are expanding this for HR leaders and chief marketers too.

Working with us means flexibility and autonomy. We’re outputs-focused, so you work whenever, wherever and however works for you.

Opportunities.

Conference Producer - Workgroup Legal

This is a full-time remote role for a “Conference Producer”, producing two of our legal industry events for General Counsel in the North.

You don't need experience in organising events, as our model is very different to normal conference production companies.

You'll be responsible for speaking to the most senior executives from the UK's biggest companies, and convincing them to help you with your event. You'll put this together in an agenda, write human and edgy copy, and then sell and market the thing through LinkedIn, MailChimp, our website, and your personality!
