What personal information do we keep?
We collect and process personal information in the case of event attendance, namely:
personal identifiers, including names and job titles
contact information, including email addresses and telephone numbers
dietary preferences and access requirements
We only share personal information with our partner venues, namely dietary preferences and access requirements, alongside your personal identifiers.
Why and how does Workgroup capture and process business contact details?
We may capture your corporate contact details where Workgroup considers it our legitimate business interest to advertise our services to you.
We capture your business information (as a corporate subscriber) through the following means:
you completed a contact form to make an enquiry
registered for one of our events
given your consent, through a third party, for Workgroup Events to contact you in regards to a specific event or product
we have identified that our services would be of value to you, and have contracted a 3rd party to source and validate your information
We collect business information from 3rd parties, and therefore class any business-to-business communication with you as marketing to one of our corporate subscribers.
We use the information you give us to promote our events and products.
We only share business contact details with third parties when contacting you through external emailing services, or if you have given your express consent for us to do so. We do not share personal information with any other third parties.

Your information is securely stored through physical and electronic safeguards. These include, but are not limited to:

sensitive information protected by passwords, changed monthly
How long do we keep your information for?
We do not keep personal data for longer than needed, and is only used for the purposes laid out in this policy.
We consider all information you give us no longer necessary after 3 years of no contact, upon which we delete your information.
We keep your information for longer than 3 years following your consent only if you have made use of our services or contacted us during this period.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
