Workgroup HR is a series of fun, informal events run by HRDs for HRDs. The format? Small ‘workgroups’ —discussion groups of 10 leaders, each led by a HRD/CPO. There are 18 to choose from, no sales pitches, forced vendor meetings, or press — just great conversations.
Workgroup HR provided an opportunity to connect with fellow HR leaders and explore the topics we’re all grappling with. We discussed important topics chosen by HRDs — all without the slightest hint of anyone touting for business!

Claire looks after all things Workgroup HR and she's the unofficial Head of Experience! She's always loved planning events, but it took her 8+ years working as an emergency medicine doctor to realise that this was her true calling. Claire's been described as "a breath of fresh air" - and not just because of her love for a loud pair of dungarees!
